one teaspoon comfrey
one teaspoon frankincense
one teaspoon licorice root
one teaspoon oak bark
one teaspoon patchouli
one teaspoon sage leaves
one teaspoon sandalwood
three drops musk oil
nine drops teakwood oil
thirteen drops myrtle oil

Blend and grind the herbal ingredients together and add the drops of oil. Burn this blend on a glowing charcoal during rites focused on calling forth and/or honoring one’s personal Spirit Guide.
