On May 15 th the ancient Romans celebrated the birthday of the Mercury/Mercurio, the messenger god of travel, merchants and commerce.  I wanted to share this recipe, please enjoy!  For this recipe you will need the following ingredients, three cups water one teaspoon fenugreek one teaspoon five-finger grass one teaspoon jasmine flowers one teaspoon laurel leaf one teaspoon lavender one teaspoon lemon grass one teaspoon mustard seed one teaspoon parsley one teaspoon sea salt The water required for this magickal working should be collected from a natural source (ex. river, lake, ocean) preferably on a Wednesday during the waxing moon phase.  In a non-enamel pan - bring the ingredients to a simmer.
